Predicting the likelihood to develop dementia Lead Investigator: Liron Jacobson Institution : SharpTx E-Mail : liron@sharptx.life Proposal ID : 1661 Proposal Description: The study's goal is to build complex but flexible models that can predict the likelihood of developing dementia based on risk factors, cognition, CSF biomarkers and genomics. The study would initially look into health and lifestyle risk factors to build a model that can predict the likelihood of dementia at a later stage in life. At the second stage, we will investigate cognitive data and lastly, we will incorporate biomarkers such as CSF biomarkers and potentially genomics to determine whether the previously developed model can be improved, based on this additional data. We intend to use the developed model in our product and to use the research findings to validate our designed cognitive tests.
